The customer service there is alright, also is also well stock with merchandise

I like that they make a file and keep a history of your purchases. This also helps if your trying to buy a gift for someone else.

I love how all the staff there are so knowledgeable and always willing to help me pick out new wines.

Open 24 hours yet no one will open the door

Wonderful staff, they are very welcoming, too many thieves, but none the less, It is alot better then the Starbucks across the street

Usually not bad, but when you say you'll be open, please be. It's a bit of a walk for me to come there to find you're closed 2 hours after saying you should be open.

Bad deal all around, spent $13 on chicken and wedges only to find out after having paid no dips are included. Poor experience, go somewhere else.
