GoodLife Fitness Winnipeg Kenaston

I just signed up for Goodlife and the tour by Riley was great! My group of 3 ended up all getting memberships on the spot. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a friendly and encouraging environment. Harry helped us sign up and was amazing and super funny, time flied during the sign up process!

It is not recommended to buy a personal fitness plan here. I originally wanted to buy it for half a year. The coach said that after buying it for a year and half a year, he could help me transfer it to others. As a result, the staff said that it was never possible to do this. I think I was cheated. Now my personal trainer is leaving, and I cant cancel this fitness plan. The administrator said that I signed a contract with the gym and not a fitness trainer. I can't do anything now! I am angry!

Goodlife is a fraud company which can only steal money from your account! I left Canada for home emergency the last August, but I did try contacting them to pause my membership until December before I went. I called them, but nobody answered. I tried pausing it through their website, but the pause option was greyed out, I thought that was caused by a glitch or server errors, but they also display an email address on the website that I can send to if I cannot get hold of them, which is members@goodlifefitness. com, so then I emailed to them to let know the entire situation including the glitch on their website, but never get any answers. I also checked my Mail box which showed that it was sent successfully. However , recently I just find that they have been taking money from my bank account since September! I emailed to them again and let them know I did let let them pause my membership until last December and I want to cancel my membership because I cannot go back to Canada until this August! They answered me that my email was unmonitored and They can only pause my membership, they they also locked my account on their website so I cannot take any action to my membership! I was told that I could cancel my membership in anytime at beginning, now they dont let me cancel my membership just because I cannot go back to Canada!
