Dealt with Steve in sales and Yan as the installer, furnace needed to be replaced desperately as it was no longer working and with alittle bit of luck due to it being cold and having a toddler in the house was approved for next day finiancing and was put in a rush for having the unit installed, all in all would 100% recommend, thanks guys!

Super easy to deal with. Great guy who installed my new system. He came exactly on time as scheduled. I had my old system (installed in 1988) replaced and rerouted from the back of the house to the front. Old house, so low ceiling that turns into a crawl space, lots of rubbermaid tubs of storage in his way, no complaints, respectful of the property. Also fixed a drip in my neighbor's AC while he was nearby, no extra charge, easy fix. Refused a tip. Price was exactly what was quoted. New Goodman system, quite happy with it. Instant freeze when you want it mwahaha. Summer defeated. Thank you Golden H&C :)
