I had a doorbell camera installed by Accurate tech Pavlo. He answered my many questions with patience as I am not tech savvy. He went over and above with his tech magic by making my internet work better which he did not have to do. Booking my appointment with Penny was easy and she worked to accommodate my very specific schedule. Overall I had a great experience.

Great overall experience. Our Sales Representative Tia was informative and very quick on answering any questions we had and providing a quote. We were replacing an old phone-based security system and she gave us all the details we needed on a new internet-based security system. She provided us with a quote and also a couple extra key fobs for enabling/disabling the system. The installation technician was also excellent. He gave a courtesy call before stopping by, arrived promptly on time and was very efficient in his work. Even our dog liked him! I did have a few questions about the working of the new system and he answered them all very clearly and then walked me through the phone/website for things such as remote enabling/disabling of the system. Overall we were really pleased with the purchase and results.

Lucky them theres a one star option because if there is a no star that is what Im going to choose! They do not care about their clients at all! Do not fall for all their sweet talks to sign a contract with them. I contacted them about our alarm system, its only been 1year and 2 months, after contacting they emailed me with the cost of labour. $95 for the tech to come and additional $110/hr. I asked if we have a warranty and they said that the warranty was done 2months ago. They are using a low quality equipment and if theres a problem they will charge you to fix it. (What kind of alarm system breaks after a year?) I never had this problem with our other alarm system company, they come when we call and they dont charge a penny at all! Stay away from this company! Also, it will take them over 10mins to call to check if everyone is okay if the alarm comes off, not reliable!
