Got all the information i need from Sander. Was very helpful and polite! I have an insurance broker a few steps out my door way but i would definitely make the commute to go here since i do not tolerate a rude, unwelcoming service.

My husband and I applied for our drivers' licences at the same time 5 weeks ago. He received his a week ago while it took them 5 weeks to realize they made an error on the names they want to identify me as. They chose to ignore my name presented on my previous provincial licence in order to follow what they assumed would be correct after they made a call to who I assume to be their superior. In addition before I came in, I asked if I needed to retake my photo. She told me it wasn't necessary. She was wrong and I had to retake it. I received no apologies for any of these errors. Seems to me that MB isn't as well-versed in their knowledge compared to the other 2 provinces I've lived in.

I accompanied my friend to inquire about her license and her traffic tickets she had received late last week because she was very anxious to go alone. I was quite nervous myself as I have heard a handful of discouraging customer experiences with insurance brokers; however, already upon arrival, we were greeted with such a warm and welcoming smile of a bright young man, Sander. Not only was he extremely patient and understanding with our questions and concerns, but he was also super helpful, professional, and efficient! Thank you so, so very much Sander for helping us and easing our stress and anxiety. If Sander is available during your visit, definitely try to get your service with him!
