    For the past 15 years, the Chambers Plan has been an essential part of our employee benefits and EAP strategy. As a small company, we have undergone growth and changes during this time, but the plan has consistently offered predictable rate premiums and good value. Most importantly, it has supported our employees during difficult times when they needed assistance the most. Yes, there have been challenging situations, but the plan has proven to me that there is a strong commitment to continuously improving with the goal of best serving our employees' needs.

    I phoned the Chambers Plan to inquire about the rates for our company staff benefits. The male attendant insisted that he needs private information such as each of our employees' name and birthdates for him to be able to provide me with a quote. Then, when I refuse to give our employee's information, he hung up on me.

    Worst Customer service, I have ever had, I talked to their representative a few days ago and she told me that I can use my health spending account to purchase the prescription glasses when I purchased the glasses and when I submit my claim they told me that it was already expired on the 6th of September so they won't able to reimburse me that amount. I told them that your representative told me that I can use my health spending account and now you are refusing it. I asked them to transfer it to a supervisor but they did not I again called them the next day and got a chance to talk to a supervisor and she told me that she is working on it to listen to that recording and she will get back to me on Friday or max Monday- but I did not get any call from them and today I got a call from a customer service representative not from the supervisor and she said that her supervisor listens to the recording and said her representative did not tell me about that I can use that health spending account ( THEY ARE LYING BLUNTLY IN FRONT OF ME) when I asked her that I want to listen to that recording too but she refused and said she do not have access. ( REALLY? you do not have access ) @chambers Higher management team - if you can see this review please go and listen to that recording where you guys told me that I can use that health spending account- I paid every month $180 dollars for your services and you are providing this kind of service to your customers? Does it suits to the company like you?
