I've never dealt with a insurance company that was so cheap.. only replacing some of the shingles and not the ones that are letting water in and color will never match.. and only around the outside. What's the point on having any insurance coverage. At least not from this company. Insurance buyer be aware zero stars

I have been a customer with SGI for a # of years. I had to make a claim this year due to overland flooding for the 1st time. They were able to send a company out over the weekend to help do the cleanup very quickly. The adjuster I dealt with was very responsive both by phone and email in regards to my claim. We were able to reach a settlement in a very timely manner so that I was able to coordinate having the repairs done accordingly. I certainly would recommend using SGI for home insurance based on my experience.

Had a flood last weekend. Submitted a claim. Rhina got back to me same day. Helped me thru any questions. And made a miserable situation as easy as possible. 10/10 Rhina

Do not recommend at all, they ll hv bunch of excuses when it comes to pay claim they r jst there to take ur money away for no reason.

I would absolutely recommend you get insurance from literally anyone but SGI. We have attempted to make 2 claims on our house with them and been denied both times, so I'm not sure what exactly it is that we are paying $2500 a year for to them.
