        After 14 years with Rogers, Ive decided to switch to another provider today. Customer service was mediocre at best. Staff busy on their own phones while interacting with customers, or lack of clarity when asked about policies and contracts. Absolute disappointment.

        Horrible service. Alex that lady need to improve her way of talking. She was just ignoring and doing everything in hurry. Yelling and saying thats best i have even without knowing what i want. She was just ending with same line.
