I highly recommend the laser hair removal service. Nian is really professional, friendly, and patient. I used to do laser hair removal in another clinic and I didnt get satisfying results. But, even after one session of treatment at Astro Medical, I could see a significant result.

If there is a negative star review thats what l will give!!! So disappointing and annoying! They called for an appointment checkup and it has been 25 minutes of waiting already, and then there were people who walked in and called even before me and when l pointed this out to the receptionist she said the doctor made me call them she could have said that this one has appointment and waiting for 25 minutes already!! Why not honor the appointment??? Just coz the same race as you???? What is this???!!!

I have been so fortunate to have had laser treatments at Astro Medical. The laser technician has been kind, graceful, and extremely gentle. These treatments have been life changing. I appreciate the quality and attention I have received at Asro Medical. Gros Merci!

No empathy, no respect, no professionalism, no compassion. Not only did he not help me solve my problem but it seems this man has an issue with respecting his patients and treating them with dignity. I waited an incredibly long time to see the doctor (please note this is what appointment slots are for, people do have others things to do than hang out in your unpleasant disorganized waiting room) and even once I saw him he didnt seem the least bit bothered with my issue. I see why private practices dont tend to do very well the standards are so low they might as well be in hell, and the customer service is non existent. I left disappointed, angry, with no diagnosis. I did some testing but never heard any results back and 4 months later I am still having the same issues Thank you Dr.
