Loblaw Optical is provided service every time I need to go in for glasses for the family. Viveen Goutron listens to our needs and helps us carefully select the best frames/lenses for our use cases, she truly is a expert optician. Viveen was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating, she was able to properly adjust my glasses in the first attempt whereas other stores I have been to I had to hand the glasses back and forth several times. The only complaint I have is that the store has a pretty small selection of glasses and the selection of sunglasses is even smaller.

Can't go less then one star,staff was not helpful, not even try to sell,she knows she will get paid ,even she is working or not.
