Awful experience. The person I was with was incredibly pushy and would not leave me alone. She kept pressuring me to try on frames I didn't want. Additionally she miss spelt my name and adress multiple times. She even did this on the receipt that I had to submit to my insurance company. I was also told that my glasses would be ready in 1-2 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks the person on the phone was very rude. She said they should be done the day after I called. This never happened. I called again today only to be met with the same treatment. She says she will call me tomorrow, but at this point my experience is irredeemable and I will not be returning after I get my glasses. Edit: ya she never called and I waited a month for my glasses. They forgot to send in my second pair in so I'm waiting on those too. They didn't adjust my glasses and when I asked them to I was told they couldn't. Not thrilled I'd give it a 0 if it was possible

Super rude workers, no help and the obstetrician isnt there ever. we were told to come back on Wednesdays because thats when hes there or that we shouldve called before coming. Today is a Wednesday we said so he just comes in whenever he feels like it then? they didnt have a clue what to say but yep pretty much. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Spent $4 on parking to be there for 5 minutes.
