So helpful! Brought in my glasses (from elsewhere) and they immediately made the small repair I needed and sent me on my way, no charge!

I went to pick up my sunglasses yesterday and I checked closely today and found that the lens wasnt properly fitted on the frame and there were already scratches on the frame! Good thing I took a closer look. Update: I phoned them the same day I found out and explained the situation. I was told that it must be from the manufacturing when they had to fit my prescription glasses to the sunglasses. They asked me to send a picture of the glasses, I was waiting for them to call but wasnt hearing from them, apparently they didnt get my email. Long story short, they ordered me new sunglasses, I asked them to adjust the date of insurance from the day I picked up my new glasses which they did, they gave me an extra sunglasses case and gave my friend I was with, new nose pads on her glasses. The staff who is the Assistant Manager who assisted me was super pleasant and nice! Will still get my sunglasses from them in the future!
