If there is a negative star for the rating that is what I will definitely choose. I rented a suite at 611 Jefferson and I moved out Q1 of 2020. Their rent is cheaper than other apartments and at first I thought I was getting a deal.... not until I discovered that its a mouse infected place. I reported several times and the caretaker is the most unreliable caretaker you will ever deal with. He was only nice when showing the place but when you movedin good luck getting a great service from him. I also found a bed bug on my kitchen counter. It's mouse and bed bug infected apartment. Second, please take a picture of the apartment BEFORE you move in and read the condition report that the caretaker will fill out. Because when I moved out I cleaned the apartment and disinfected everything however they deducted more than half stating it wasn't clean. I left leaving the place the same as I moved in but they screw me over with my damage deposit. He put on his report that it was dirty so the office did not give me my full damage deposit back. I was barely in that apartment because I work a lot and use it to sleep and shower basically and there is no wayyyyy the suite is "damaged or dirty". When you move out please read the AFTER condition report and disagree if you're being screwed over. I regretted living in this place and please consider this review prior to considering living there. IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS.
