Monica helped me relocate half-way through the Country in record time. The overall process has been extremely easy. She takes a very conversational approach to eliciting needs and wants: the questions were very candid and didn't feel like an interview. Through the process, I was able to better clarify my needs (which were not what I originally thought!). She made house visits engaging, educational (I asked a lot of questions, and she answered all of them patiently), and well-paced. When it was time to write an offer, she gave her honest feedback without being pushy. Once my offer was accepted, Monica not only continued to be a trusty advisor, but also made huge amounts of complexity disappear. We ran into some last minute difficulties and she worked relentlessly to make sure we respected our agreed schedule. Monica is a brilliant realtor and a fantastic businesswoman. I would recommend her without reservations.

When we decided we wanted to build a home, we knew we needed a professional to help us not only find the perfect lot and spec build for us, but we needed someone to help guide us through the months of planning that building a home entails. I never imagined Monica would have spent us much time as she did with us - providing advice and acting as our representative when working with the builder for the whole 8 months (and then some) it took to build our dream home. We were blown away by her expertise and quick responses to any questions we had a long the way. Not only is she amazing at her job, she's just one of those people you love to be around. Building a home during a global pandemic proved to have its unknown challenges, but having Monica on our team was the best decision we ever made.
