I instantly felt a connection with Colin. He was real. I knew I could trust him by the way he would give us his thought on the houses we viewed. Colin went above and beyond his duties as real estate agent. He provided thoughtful advice and service during our process of finding a house, from the beginning to the final decision. We visited a number of houses (more than 20 in total) and it did not matter if the house was inside Winnipeg or just outside the city. Colin was always on time, objective about the property, honest about the house features, and accurately aligned the search to our needs and expectations. He showed a great respect for our opinions and needs. We also submitted various offers, and Colin was always prompt to follow up with feedback to us, even if the news were disappointing. He remained optimistic, which helped us to be optimistic during a rough process. We are now living happily in our new home, thanks to Colin's hard work and dedication.
