        We used Winnipeg Pool Guys for a few years until recently. Last Spring upon opening, we found that a pipe had burst in our solar system on the roof due to water not being drained, and that the line to our slide had also burst. We were promised on June 1st 2020 that it would be fixed, and a year later we're still waiting for the solar pipe to be fixed, despite numerous calls and emails. The slide line was fixed in a stop-gap manner, and does not function as it previously did. They were fine when everything went well, but as soon as a problem arose, their customer service left much to be desired. Services: Winterization, General repairs & maintenance
