Had Lloyd and his crew come out and from the first meeting with Lloyd last fall, he was great! They put in a new liner for us, fixed all problems with the pool floor, and then came out after the fact and took care of a couple of little things that I was concerned about. Lloyd and Steve, thank you both for taking care of us and making sure we are happy! Would 100% recommend Montgomery pools to do a new pool or in my case, refurbish an old one! CAUTION!! I hired The Montgomery Pool Company Ltd. (Lloyd Montgomery) to build our new pool in 2021. Everything started off well but quickly deteriorated. Our pool was not finished by the end of the 2021 pool season as promised. Our contract with him required that we paid him in full at the time the liner was being installed, which we did. I now have trades who performed work on our pool calling me to try to get paid. I have called, texted and emailed him to get reassuances that he would pay these trades and complete our pool in 2022 but have heard nothing from him. A couple of his subcontractors have advised me that he has gone out of business. Montgomery Pools website is now gone and the Better Business Bureau says he is no longer in business. THERE IS STILL $18,000 OF WORK (CONCRETE)/COMPONENTS TO DO TO BE PERFORMED ON OUR POOL. Service: General construction
