        0000 stars out of 5 , my PR card been expired on aug 2022 and I applied for renewal though jagtar Singh seemar(Master) but due to incomplete the application, immigration sent it back to me on Oct 23/2022 after I fill all the missing information, sent back to agent so he can make sure about but after that time my agent never replied back ( may be he never resubmitted my application)and stopped answering my calls. Seen my text and WhatsApp messages but never reply back works yet , im moved from Winnipeg in august 2022 now in Alberta but unable to renew my drivers licence and all other documents. Before I leave the Canada I informed this person but he never responded, I lost so much money and been stuck in india for 3months .He is very much unprofessional , unorganized and irresponsible agent ever . If you cant handle this please dont take any applications and refuse, dont waste others money and time . This time Im so much upset due to this problem and getting depressed.
