THIS PLACE IS THE WORST !! CAN'T EVEN ADD CORRECTLY ! ACCURACY IS NOT GUARANTEED ! MESSED UP MY RETURN THEN WOULD ARGUE THEY DID NO WRONG . I HAD TO CONTACT CRA ON MY OWN TO GET THINGS CORRECTED . SUCH AN INCONVIENCE . POOR SERVICE 0 STARS .

these people are amazing i brought me and my wifes taxes in on saturday night and they had it done by monday lunch time. nothing short of amazing work by this location well see you next year

They deserve a -5. Stay away. They did my taxes last year. They submitted mine without me actually approving all the final details and they put MY child as someone elses (whose not biologically or legally theirs) had to spend days on the phone and 5 letters. Still not fixed. They messed up so bad that its been horrible. I called them months ago to report issue and have them fix their error which they told me that they cant and they believe their employees are good at job. I will never trust another tax place. They wouldnt even refund what they charged to mess up my taxes and now Ive had a whole year of effected CCB. Unbelievable stress. They also messed up my partners by doing this. Disgusting!

DO NOT GO TO THEM - I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THEM. Super Rude, Don't know how to talk with their customers. We gave $300 for doing taxes. When we asked question regarding our returns we get yelled at. DO NOT GO TO THEM, Otherwise you will regret.
