Company advertises as tax experts. Unfortunately, the representative was lacking in knowledge, skills and experience resulting in numerous errors and omissions. One does not expect this when paying for a professional service, in addition to the frustration and extra time spent to address concerns.

Made an appointment and kept us waiting an hour. Won't return.

One of the rudest encounters from an employee. Walked in with an appointment and the one employee started tearing into the receptionist because they had asked if she would take our file. She then began snarling at her coworkers, that asked her a question. After her client left, she then sat and did nothing but complain she had to take out file, and delayed starting our file. She slammed the phones down and the stapler. We waited a good 20 minutes after our appointment time had come and gone before deciding it was time we went elsewhere. I would highly recommend going elsewhere because she did not hide her nasty attitude to anyone, not clients, not coworkers, and certainly not the people calling in. Time to pack up tax season and leave if you cant show courtesy or politeness. I would not chance the encounter with her. Theres another tax place near by.
