Liberty Tax

Been filing here 10yrs, never have had any issues at all. They helped assist with things I didn't know about as well. Won't go anywhere else, even other liberty taxes...tried once and was not the same quality.

Horrifying all around esp reception Kristy. If i could give zero stars, i would. Esp since manager didnt call me after 3 days and 4 ph calls requesting they do. I went elsewhere....to another liberty tax where i had an amazing experience and they felt awful about how i was treated and was told they werenot allowed to request the documents they had asked for at other location which led to my horrible treatment when i refused too. Also, Head office has been contacted about this location and the reps working there.
