I would have given Janet a 5/5 however the establishment could use some work both with other staff and the physical space. Janet however was a great with helping me with my taxes. I will see her again next year. See Janet!

This is my third year using this location, the first time I knew nothing about taxes so it was just stressful in general but things seemed to go smoothly. However last year and this year I'm a little disappointed. Last year they almost got me to sign for my taxes without including some of my information. I had to look over it and tell them what they missed, they claimed they never got said document but I showed them the email that they must have got because they had all my other information from the email. Now it's been 2 weeks since handing in my information and it's still not ready to file. I'm not bothered by the wait time, I'm annoyed that I was called and asked questions a week and a half ago then told that it would be ready in just a day or two. 7 business days later I call back and they said it's still not finished, I'm not even sure if they were actually able to find my file as I was on hold for quite some time as they looked. I'm considering going to a different location next year even tho they are a 2 minute walk away.
