        I have had great experiences with jeff in Mar 2019 and mar 2020. This year Debbie helped me and I recieved great service. I recommend using this Markham location for personal income tax.

        Had a bad experience in 2020 so we asked for the Manager and Rebecca helped us out. The other Staff was super unprofessional. In 2021 we booked with their new Manager Debbie. On the phone we were not informed to email documents ahead of time or given any email address. Upon arrival Debbie gave us major attitude that we did not email ahead of time. Her tone of voice was extremely unprofessional and rude. We offered to wait in the car or come some other time. After all that attitude we chose to leave. Never again are we ever going to Liberty tax. Don't recommend going here.
