I bought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee from this dealership in Sept of 2022. Everything went smoothly until about a week in when I was having troubles with my battery. I called the dealership and booked an appointment to get it checked out. I got to my appointment where I was told they couldnt look at it as they didnt have the right equipment for my car. I was told they had made me an appointment at a different dealership where they did have the right equipment. I got to my appointment there and was told they didnt have an appointment booked for me. I had to call them again but finally got an appointment for my car. Fast forward to recently when I had an appointment for an oil change that I had to reschedule due to the snow storm in April. They ended up not having the appointment I rescheduled on file and told me I missed the one I had to cancel. So I had to rebook AGAIN. I live an hour out of the city so I called on my way there to confirm my appointment. They did not have it on file and when I told the lady my frustration with them not having my appointments on file all she could say was I didnt book the appointment. Do not waste your time making appointments here as they will have you running around for nothing.

Had the best service when buying my SUV from John. The customer service here is unreal! They went over and beyond. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Good service, nice and easy oil change. Bring a laptop, they have some nice seats with desks there. Headphones are a good idea to drown out the noise (it can be quite noisy there). 4/5 because you have to get unnervingly close to the service garage door for it to open so I was sitting there like an idiot in my car for a good few moments.
