Priority Restoration

Once the deconstruction from our water damage was done Priority Restoration gave us a projected schedule for the reconstruction that was spot on. Their workers showed up on time and were very professional. They unfailingly tidied up any mess when they left, even if they were coming back the next day! Their work was excellent and to a person they all took the time to explain what was happening and what the steps would be. Tony and Rosie were especially helpful and patient. We are very pleased with the work that they did which included some fancy drywalling that saved us from having to retile our bathroom. We would not hesitate to to use Priority again!

We recently had Priority restoration take over our insurance claim when the first company was not able to handle or complete our claim. As soon as we had Priority take over, we were kept well informed, everything was explained and handled professionally and in a timely manner. my basement including our custom baseboards were back to what we had. Highly recommend!

I had a kitchen fire, which did extensive damage upstairs in my house. Priority Restoration who was super busy and swamped with the 2022 flooding claims, found time to fit me in and restore my kitchen and living room. The contract its were very friendly and accommodating . I had a representative Rosi who was very informative and understanding during the process. I was very impressed with the end resul and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

We needed several things done from drywall, insulation and vapour barrier, to removing kitchen island with granite top, to disconnecting fridge a dishwasher so flooring could be installed. First thing we received was a detailed schedule with times and and what trades would be attending. Everything went according to schedule. The work crews were friendly, polite and efficient. Workmanship was first class. Very professional.
