WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a contractor. I had a ice dam which caused ceiling damage. Contacted Pat from Puroclean in March - stated he would have the repairs done in April or at latest in May. Well, after waiting 5 months for them to show up - I gave up. Don't believe a word Pat says - he is a Professional Liar and nothing more !!!

I just found out my daughter has mold allergies and I was very concerned that maybe we had mold in our home. Murray was amazing in making sure all my questions were answered with kindness and very professional! He wasn't trying to make a quick buck, he was trying to help me better understand what I needed to do to keep my kids safe! I highly recommend PuroClean! There are still some really kind and helpful people in this world! Thank you!!

We picked this company based on reviews and we are so happy we did! As soon as we told them the problem we were having, they were at our house the same day. We originally contacted them to professionally clean our basement after finding water damage, however, we were happy to find out that they take care of the entire restoration from start to finish! They dealt with insurance for us, and the quality of work they provided went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they incredibly easy to work with, but all the people working for them were great people that we felt totally comfortable with in our house. Id HIGHLY recommend this company for all your restoration needs! If I could give them more stars I would! You will not be disappointed. We were so very impressed with PuroClean services. The service was excellent and outstanding. Pat and his team were efficient, friendly, polite and understanding. Our situation was an emotionally charged situation for us. Pat guided us to get through it with his knowledge, wisdom, and compassion. He ensured the safety of his staff and us. Pat showed that he really cared about us and went the extra mile to help. His sense of humor lightened up the pressure we were under.
