FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

They don't show up when they say they will and they don't return calls so have fun wasting your time preparing for nothing. Frustrating experience that still isn't over. No idea what is going on, haven't heard anything in months since they no showed for the second time. I guess they are understaffed but they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Unfortunately, this is the only vendor I can deal with through the Rely Network otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Huge shout out to these guys who taught me how to renovate my own house because they completely disappeared off the map! Special thank you to Jennifer Balzer who told me she would call me back the next day on 3 different occasions and didn't. We didn't even hear from her until after the payout was requested. Love that they are "backordered on drywall" and couldn't even call us to discuss when they'd be able to come! Needed 6 sheets to do the repairs. Spent 7 months without insulation in the attic because of their low stock on such a crucial item. I noted that homedepot, rona, Lowes, and 2 other places I called didn't have a shortage so I found it odd that only their supplier was short. We had our demo done in March, ended up taking the payout in August. If you are waiting on them through an insurance claim, just take the payout and hire people or do it yourself. Dealing with these people was an absolute joke. Still waiting for the light cover they broke in their demolition to get replaced, as it wasn't included in the payout. Obviously never going to see that. They weren't even going to cover the holes in our ceiling with tarps when they did the demo. The whole process was an absolute gong show. Oh, added note: don't trust them around old hardwood. They will destroy that completely and make it impossible to recover from. Professionalism rated 0. Responsiveness rated 0. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy let alone a friend. My house burned April 24, 2021. I didn't get to move back in until July 1, 2022 after being told it would be about 3 months. The workmen the hired left a mess everywhere and did damage along with the damage they were fixing. It is now September 2022 and I am still waiting for the repairs to my deck and roof. I am also waiting for repairs to the items First Onsite damaged. I have been trying to contact my project manager for over two weeks with no success. I contacted my insurance adjuster (also sub par) to get in touch with my project manager. He notified her that I was waiting for her to call. A week later and I still haven't heard anything. I tried to contact First Onsite directly and I get a message saying they are out of contact. Have they gone out of business? Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
