We purchased a 4 piece meal, and both meals were so crunchy the chicken was very dry also there wasn't any flavor whatsoever. It's not the way Mr. C. Sanders made his chicken. I won't be eating there again. I spent 20-plus dollars for one that we couldn't eat! The parking lot is always empty when I drive by. I think their grease is way too hot. It's not for us.

I ordered a 10-piece original recipe bucket, large gravy and fries. One look at the chicken and I can tell it was double-fried because the skin was very dark and looks almost burnt. I took one bite and the meat was very tough and dry, which confirmed my suspicion. The gravy had the consistency of paste and had a bitter after taste. It doesn't even pass for gravy at all because you should be able to pour gravy. This is just not fair. I paid $40 and expected to get my money's worth. Then they just cheat me with old chicken which was supposed to have been thrown out, yet they still serve it to customers? Are the staff just lazy to cook a fresh batch because it was already 8PM? Or is this practice already normal for them? I've had the same experienced before in Ontario. I thought it would be different here. You'll see from the reviews that others have experienced this too.
