My fianc and I have gone here before and usually its really good, but tonight was horrible. We placed an order for pick up through skip the dishes and it said it would be ready for 7:00pm. We arrived a little before 7pm and the lady told my fianc it would be a little bit of a wait, which was no problem. It was 7:30pm and we still hadnt gotten our food. I asked the lady if she knew how much longer it was going to be and then she asked what the name for pick up was. My fianc proceeded to tell her his name and she replied back and said oh this order has been ready for a while now. And we both stood there and said excuse me? And she just stood there and didnt even apologize. We used to love going here but we unfortunately will no longer be going back again. We got home and our food was ice cold, not to mention I ordered a wrap and the chicken and the tomatos and everything in the wrap was so soggy I was not even able to eat it.
