The food was cold and they did not have any of their bbq dipping sauce. They gave me the bottom of the pot and it was mostly water and oil. They said they ran out and will have more tomorrow. This is not the first time. Another time I went for a hot chicken and they had no peas. Not a great way to run a business or keep customers. The employee was also rude. Will not go back.

Very disappointed of that location. I have uploaded a picture so everyone can see how bad the food quality you get at this location. First we ordered 2 St-hubert poutine. When we got home, there was NO cheese in both poutines. (So we added some square pieces at home). Second, the chicken was so dry, that even the WATERED DOWN gravy (that wasnt gravy, just tasteless brown sauce), they give you couldnt soften the batter. Lastly, the fries felt so old that even the microwave could make them softer. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And its a shame for the prestigious St Hubert brand unfortunately.

0 stars if it was an option. Took 45 minutes to order and get food in the drive thru. Most food items were cold. Several items not available, which we didn't find out until after paying (kids dessert, dips/sauces, coleslaw). Portions were also very small for the price. Worst fast food service I've ever received. Will not go back to this location again.

I was argued with about ordering something that I did not as for, got called a lair as well as the lady decided to yell out to the other workers asking if I said it just to prove a point and cause an unnecessary scene. Then after sitting for 15/20 minutes while my food was at then window I finally got it. This is not my first bad experience at the Fredericton location. It is disgusting how these employees treat their customers. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option.
