They should be more respectful of peoples time. This is the second time having an appointment in five weeks and same thing each time. They give you an appointment time but you sit there for 1 1/2 before anyone sees you. Then in one room for a few minutes and sent back out to wait again. Be prepared to sit around for 2-3 hours. I even called ahead to see if appointment on time and told to come at scheduled appointment.
