Dr.Joseph Wijay

Dr Wijay did Eye muscle repair surgery on my eyes. He was very caring and it has helped me immensely. He's patient and thorough at my appointments. He helpfully gives me tips on eye exercises and other things I can do in between appointments. At times there is a long wait because he is a surgeon and performs emergency surgeries.

I have seen Dr. Wijay a few times for various eye issues. He recently did xanthelasma removal for me. He is absolutely amazing, I love him and his staff are equally beautiful.

Could someone please tell me why appointments are even made? Brought my mom in from out of town to an 11am appointment. Arrived around 10:15 to ensure we had time to register. It is now 3:15pm and she still hasn't been seen. Shes diabetic. Shes on social services. She hasn't eaten in 7 hours. I'm scratching my head as to how this is allowed. I thought doctors were in place to help the sick and elderly. Seeing other reviews lead me to believe that our healthcare system has gotten so bad that it is just now expected. It shouldn't be. We all have lives, and they are just as important as theirs. They should stick to the scheduled appointments, otherwise what's the point? It's inexcusable.
