My mother in law had surgery. She got in about a half hour later than her appointment which is excellent considering the number of patients requiring their services. Very professional staff.

Does this place (Apex Surgical) return clients phone calls? Its not appropriate to constantly ignore incoming phone calls, to not return calls to clients after they leave a voicemail message, and to tell clients to stop calling your clinic. Do better.

Extremely disorganized, longest wait time. Minimum Wait time with Appointments 3+hours

Great care but outrageous wait times. We waited for 4 hours. My husband has other medical problems and sitting on a chair for that amount of time was painful. That info was made known to the staff. Also, not acceptable for people travelling across the island and back home in one day. Not everyone can afford to stay overnight. This was on the 3rd floor
