I recently purchased my first home and used Chris Lewis as my realtor. I must say he was extremely responsive during the whole process (10/10 for that) however I personally would not recommend his service going forward (especially to a first time home buyer).
During the counter offer phase - all of the options that I had brought forward were immediately shut down. He would immediately respond with "no they won't go for that" without even asking the sellers/sellers agent on my behalf.
Several times I had to remind him of what contracts stated (that he had wrote himself and were already signed by both myself and the other party) so I didn't end up moving into a house that was non complaint in terms of the contracts that were signed of what work that needed to be done by the owners before I took possession of the property.
I also didn't get to experience the joy of seeing a SOLD sign on my very first home.
Finally, I showed up on the date of closing to do the final walk through and get my new keys with a load of stuff ready to be moved in only to find out onsite that I would have to take my stuff and leave as the house had not yet closed - didn't even send so much as a text message that morning prior to our closing appointment to inform me of the delay.
