Genna was absolutely wonderful to work with during the entire buying and selling process. She did her best to make the process as stress free as possible. She took the time to explain everything to us in a professional, easy to understand manner. She was very easy to communicate with and we loved that she was just a text away and was extremely flexible with viewing times. Both buying and selling we felt she had our best interest at heart and wasnt just looking for a quick commission. She told us when an offer was fair or if we should negotiate. She worked hard to sell our home and get us into our new home. She was very educated about everything from home standards, inspections, mortgages and real estate values. I recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell.

In 2021, when I was looking to move, I saw one of Genna's listings online and called her to view it. I made an offer on that house that was accepted. Because I did not have a realtor at the time, I asked Genna if she could also list my home for sale. She was amazing to work with and I was able to sell my home on the very first day of showings.
