        Iv been with RBC for less than 6 months now and iv had nothing but problems since I got with them. Iv been locked outta my account and online for over 3 weeks now and really bad customer service at the branch as well .

        I have never dealt with worse customer service anywhere. The bank manager could care less how the branch is run. Mistakes were made and they were completely unbothered.

        In person meeting with Christopher for my brother's estate. He was very thoughtful, sympathetic, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this branch.

        Not enough staff in the branch in the front desk. The reason why we came to the bank instead of calling the RBC number is because of the wait time, cant find any difference.

        This bank has only contributed to my even worst credit score. Holding cash funds from going to proper loans and bills and charging me up to $100. I've never dealt with such a crooked financial institution. Thanks RBC Bedford Branch!
