        My review is specifically for Po at the Bedford branch. He has been very committed to sorting out my transition from one investment type to another. While RDSP's are not at the branch level, Po has worked out some of the hiccups in this process. He has communicated with me in a timely manner and clarifies all the information. He is professional and thorough. Thank you Po.

        tried booking an appointment online by calling the branch and got no response. very inconvenient, i also tried calling the customer service line just to be hung up on while being transferred all for a simple question regarding my account.

        Ridiculous hours - 10am - 4pm?? Can't blame COVID forever. Not to mention, hours on website say open until 5pm, so went at 4:15pm, thinking there was lots of time. Not the only ones there, surprised to see it closed. Terrible bank to deal with anyway as they only instruct you to go to a branch - and then when you do, branch isn't even open.

        There is no way to talk to anyone at the bank or online. your customer service is very poor. By phone it takes 1 to 1 1\2 hours to speak to someone and to talk online they charge you $5.00. Is the bank broke that they need to charge customers money... very disappointed in your customer service...
