First I would like to say that I understand the effects covid19 has had on our community and the services being provided. But when you take a medication that is supposed to be taken at the same time and day every week it's important to get those meds in time. (I was told, by an employee at the pharmacy, I couldn't have them on auto order and that they couldn't order too many to have on hand because they are so expensive and have a short shelf life) Now for the second time this pharmacy has told me that they have ordered my meds, and they would be there and ready before my med day. Only to find out that the meds weren't ordered properly AGAIN and I won't get them in time (they have to reorder them on Monday)! I had patience the first time, stuff happens, this time the reasoning was that people were out sick and there were vaccines that needed to be given. I'm sorry but I trusted my health to you. I will not make that mistake again. Changing to a different pharmacy asap. I would suggest if you need a definite fill date to find a more reliable pharmacy.

I started using Superstore Pharmacy because of the convenience of getting my groceries and prescriptions in the same place. I love the staff, they are always so friendly and nice and never have had to wait in long lineups. I can call in my prescriptions or take them in personally, get my groceries and pick up my prescription. I recommend Superstore Pharmacy to everyone.
