Holiday Inn Express & Suites Collingwood, an IHG Hotel

My husband and I stayed overnight during our visit to Thornbury, Collingwood and the Scenic Caves. Our room was very clean and had a comfy king bed. There was a mix up with our keys which was quickly corrected. The staff is friendly and very kind - they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of food. The only complaint is that the location is not very picturesque but it is convenient to several parks and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The hotel seemed new and clean. Breakfast was great. The front desk people were extremely helpful and pleasant.

We stayed here for 2 days on Victoria Day long weekend. I had bad experience with Holiday inn at Niagara Falls, so I was little worried. But this location is new and nice clean place, great customer service. the Breakfast area is little small, it was good on the 1st day since it was quitter, on the 2nd day however, we couldnt get anything as they couldnt keep up with the amount of people they had, but they were trying their best. it suddenly got super busy on the 2nd day, which I couldnt stand it. Could stay there again, but not on a long weekend.
