Mary was a huge help with my first sleep aid experience..,.from the moment I entered the door, Mary welcomed me the moment she came into the room and she took the reines and it was a great time as she explained everything in detail. She then entered everything with my insurance, set up my unit, and explained everything. She packed up everything and organized my case, and made my experience pleasant and comfortable. I have been using InspiAIR for a long time now. Today (Good Friday) I awoke to a broken mask. I sent an email requesting help ASAP, as it is difficult for me to sleep without my CPAP. I received a call from the owner who made arrangements for someone to meet me at their Vaughan location. I have to thank them for their great service even though they were closed for the holiday. Bothe the owner and the gentleman I met to pick up my new mask were very pleasant to deal with.
