        They own land in North York, Toronto. At the Corner of Sentinel Rd and Hucknall Rd. They've yet to maintain the lot this entire year in 2022. (HAVE TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR IN ORDER TO GIVE THEM A RATING)

        Very bad experiences with this builder , my son purchase his first home with this builder , and sell it as assignment sale builder never sign off on the sale , after one year they email my son saying it a default in the mortgage letter and they terminate the deal and return his down payment , after 2 years my son was willing to close the deal but they refuse i hope they lost more than this . this is a experience i will never forget.
