This has to be the WORST stores in Toronto! I will start off by saying it is overpriced even when they give a 20% discount. I saw one item i like that was reasonably priced (40% off) so I placed an order online while at work on break to be picked up the next day. The next day I showed up before the scheduled pickup time that was CONFIRMED BY TEXT and was told my order was gone because I had not picked it up the same day. I told them I did schedule the pick up for the next day and not the same day and they kept telling me that I had not. I showed one employee the text and they said it was still my fault the order was gone because they had called me at some point while I was working and did not answer. I have ordered from dispensaries before and have never had an issue like this or even required a callback that needs to be answered. Why order online then????? I couldn't believe the staff blaming me saying I was wrong even before they had any info. Will not recommend this dispensary and will let everyone I know about this awful place to avoid. Worst experience ever.

Overpriced and rude staff that seem like they are inconvenienced to be working. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. Save yourself some money.
