I ordered for delivery , these clowns charged my card and then cancelled the order. They then said it would 2-4 days for a refund. Useless and overpriced. Find somewhere else .

Terrible service threw weed maps and the site. I offered a screenshots, The agent tried but after 2x im livid as a client, i have insomnia and use it medically now i have limited time to get what is for me medicinal. They told me NOT to order threw weedmaps, their site is better, nope then i needed to try uber.. so maybe u guys should check out your end instead of making clients jump threw hulahhoops. The only good thing is despite my fustration this time the agent remained calm and professional. No solution but, ok u have that..

Placed my order after closing (approx 11:30pm for pickup the next morning. When I got to the store I was told my order was canceled. Anything ordered the day before is canceled. So why can I order after you close? Why not send the same text message to cancel as when a order is ready for pickup ? Ill have to go where my order doesnt get cancelled. EDITED Where do you get 12 hrs from? I ordered at 11:30 ish for 9am pick-up. Pre-ordering is standard everywhere else.
