Unprofessional staff members always seem brain dead they're so high all the time they forget they have to id people who walk in their store greeter who I never seen before let me Waltz right in without checking if I was old enough go to 932 Bloor Street West way better quality and the budtenders don't have to look on a tablet to answer your questions also owner will lie and say they don't smoke on the job even though I seen it

You order using the kiosks, and then collect from the window. The budtenders are really great with knowing the products and finding what you need, they also have great customer service. Been 4 times and that experience is consistent. The only thing they should do better is wipe down the kiosks before people use them, as you never know how dirty others have been.
