Visited for the first time on Wednesday night. Im not from the area but attend school in Toronto and wanted to stop on my way home. The shop is so cute and feels very safe. The two employees working were outgoing, kind, attentive, and efficient. I had a great experience and hope to visit again!

Recently I created an order via their web site. I came into the store to pick up and pay for my purchase after. Unfortunately I did not read the packages with regard to quantity or even name of the product and just accepted the order as I had never had a problem in the past. It wasn't until a couple of days later I opened the package and quickly realized this was no 7 gram bag but more like 3 grams. I read the package with the help of a magnifying glass to see it was 3.5 grams and not 7 grams like I had paid for. I sent in a few amails without immediate response. It was explained to me after that calling or going into the store is best. The manager replaced the product I had ordered and basically the mistaken bag was a courtesy to say sorry for the mistake. They were more than fair with their compensation even after I had made the mistake of opening the incorrect product bag. I highly recommend Kush Korner for both carrying good product and their business practices.
