ECCO Sherway Gardens

ECCO is a really good brand and the store is in the main location in the Sherway gardens. Although I couldn't find right size in the shoes I picked today but the lady(staff) was so helpful and patient with me. It's a cute Lil store with good inventory

Went in this evening to find some wide shoes, and Ariel was fantastic. She's very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as warm, approachable, sweet. Excellent customer service skills and lovely personality. Great experience and I'll be back!

This place deserves 0 stars. I wanted to exchange an online purchase for a different size. Came into the store to do so but they had to order in the new size. They call me the next day to tell me they were in stock but I had to come in to bring them the shoes to be exchanged but then make a second trip to come in again when the new shoes arrived. I told them I'd just pay for the new shoes over the phone and refund me when I come to get them to avoid 2 trips. They wouldn't even take payment over the phone. What business doesn't take payment over the phone? Absolutely ridiculous. I'll wear a different brand and take my business elsewhere.
