all the time that ive ever walked in the store, the sales associates dont greet customers when they walk in or come up to ask if they need help. as a customer it seems like an inconvenience to ask for a size. really cold atmosphere.

This is my favorite place to shop for winter boots. The quality of designs is hard to find elsewhere. The entire range is vegan. This is my fourth winter season wearing their boots which are both well built and beautiful. I generally shop at their Eaton Centre location but have lately been coming here. I think the Eaton location has a wider selection. Edit (a year later): I noticed most of their winter collection lately has had a bulky look and feel to it- it's good but lacks variety. I absolutely adored their collection in 2020 and earlier which had some nice light winter boots that you could wear at work (wooden heels/ankle length fine vegan leather in classic colors and side zippers). The ones now seem more outdoorsy and heavy in weight. I wish they'd bring those shoe styles back as winter staples and keep it as part of their collection.

Very Very Very BAD after sale service! I came to return a shoe as it didn't fit, I had the receipt, the right shoe, and the box ( that matches the receipt) that they gave me! But as they scanned the wrong box and gave me a different shoe,they made me come twice! And delayed me for a meeting and over 2.5 hours after they called the manager, and created a scene! etc! Then half an hour after looking for the right box, etc.. even after they found it and the girl admitted her mistake! They still won't do the return! And on top of that telling me that I can't speak to a 15 years old like that ( that I told her it's her mistake and she needs to correct it not put it on me! ) Then they kept hiding the receipt and telling me I don't have the right receipt! While I found it on the table with them! Big weirdos and indecent employees here!
