Love this clinic and Dr. Pacia is amazing with our French Bulldog Apollo! He has been petrified of other vets before but since moving to the area this clinic is a gem! The clinic is gorgeous and super clean and the staff are super friendly and always give my dog treats when he comes in. Dr. Pacia treats my dog like her own and is super attentive and answers questions. Also, she always provides alternatives always and does not push for things the dog doesn't need like other vets. Prices are fair and they carry great dog food line especially for my allergy prone dog. Highly recommend if you live in the area!

Terrible customer service. The receptionist on the phone is awful. Called to purchase my dogs food & she wanted to rush off the phone without giving me pricing. Just said cant get that for you at the moment, repeatedly without answering my questions.

Dr. Pacia and the staff are PHENOMENAL! Very kind, knowledgeable, caring, and much more. They clarify everything up front and address any questions I have. I have been coming here for many years and have moved out of the area. That being said, I make the drive down there because they are 10000% worth it. There's no one else I trust more than this team. Thank you Humber Bay for your continued efforts and care for all my pets!
