Read every line before you sign.
builder will not work with you on anything.
I asked for 3 things on a 1.3 million purchase
highler level basement ( sorry cannot be done)
higher voltage (sorry cannot be done)
paid 17500 for a room in the basement, i want to make it bigger(sorry cannot be done)
They will always claim that the work has started even thou nothing has started.
They are not willing to work with you on any modifications.
be extremely cautious.
hopefully the rest of the experience is not as bad as it has been soo far.
