I strongly suggest anyone who is considering buying with Richcraft to NOT do it. I purchased two single homes with Richcraft - save yourself headache and dont make the same mistake that I did. We expected the quality seen in the model home, but it wasnt even close. They delivered my home with more than 100 defects noted during the pre-delivery inspection. From poor painting finishing to wrong ceramic tiles installed. Its been twenty months since the closing and there is an extensive list of pending repairs. I booked over thirty days off work waiting for the technician and in more than twenty occasions, no one showed up or came for one hour or less. Some of them were very rude and kept mocking us saying that "the house is beautiful, there is nothing here, they want the home like the model home, this is not a Million Dollar home, they want everything perfect when taking pictures". All I expected was that the quality aligns with what I picked during my colour selection allotment and that it aligns with any builders guideline/requirement. We were asked to sign a waiver for divergency of colour stating that we accept a small variation of dye lot; but that wasn't my case. Tarion doesn't help the homeowner when the issue is in regards to the finishing, and Richcraft takes advantage of that. I am taking the issue to the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Service: Home building
